Customer Service Representative

Attend to customers professionally via WhatsApp and other online communication channels. Receive, process and confirm customer orders. Collect and verify customers’ delivery information and exact addresses. Communicate with customers regarding order status, confirmations and delivery updates. Coordinate and communicate with dispatch riders to ensure smooth order delivery. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally. Keep accurate records of customer orders and daily transactions. Follow Run4Me’s order-processing procedures and operational guidelines. Monitor ongoing orders and ensure customers receive timely updates. Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Run4Me office. Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.

Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and online communication. Good organisational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good customer-service attitude. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures. Basic smartphone and computer skills. Residing within or around Alimosho, Lagos. Previous customer service or office experience is an added advantage.

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly in English. Must be responsible, punctual and reliable.
