Measure out your extinguisher chemical with a scale according to the extinguisher's capacity, then use a funnel to pour the chemical into the tank. Reinstall the valve. Then attach the extinguisher to a pressurizing line and pressurize it to the appropriate PSI. Finally, reinstall the hose and ring pin.
