Male Supervisor Needed in Ajah

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff. Assign duties and monitor staff performance. Ensure customers receive excellent service. Monitor stock, sales, and daily operations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and safe. Prepare daily reports for management. Train and guide new employees. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

2–3 years of supervisory experience. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage staff and solve problems. Must be organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
