Architect Design

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to completion. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Monitor project progress and maintain quality control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Manage project documentation and prepare progress reports. Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other construction software. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction industry experience. Professional certification or membership with a recognized professional body is an added advantage. Proven experience in managing construction projects and site supervision.
