Mixologist Needed in a Lounge

Prepare and mix cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. * Take customers’ drink orders accurately. * Serve drinks professionally and promptly. * Know the ingredients and preparation methods for different drinks. * Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glasses, tools, and work area. * Check and maintain adequate stock of drinks, mixers, fruits, garnishes, and supplies. * Handle bar equipment properly. * Monitor drink portions to reduce waste and control costs. * Receive payments and keep accurate records where required. * Provide good customer service and attend to customers politely. * Follow the lounge’s rules regarding responsible alcohol service. * Report damaged equipment, low stock, or other issues to the supervisor. * Maintain a neat and professional appearance. * Work well with waiters, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members.

Requirements: • Experience in bartending and cocktail preparation • Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks • Ability to mix and serve drinks professionally • Good customer service and communication skills • Neat, responsible and well-presented • Ability to work flexible shifts
