- *basic hardware knowledge* – printers, scanners, networks; simple fixes

- *system monitoring* – watching for errors, backups, server status
- *data processing* – running daily reports, night audit, generating invoices
- *file management* – organizing, saving, backing up important documents
- *email & communication tools* – handling internal/external messages
