Responsibilities
Map the complete customer journey from enquiry to completion.
Design clear operating procedures and SOPs.
Create a process for receiving and assessing customer enquiries.
Design the provider onboarding and approval process.
Create an internal approved-provider database.
Design the process for obtaining and managing provider quotes.
Create a job/service tracking system.
Design the cancellation and refund workflow.
Create a system for recording customer payments and provider payments.
Create completion and service verification procedures.
Create customer and provider communication templates.
Establish clear escalation points for issues that require management approval.
Train existing administrative staff to operate the system.
Test the process using example customer scenarios.
Produce a simple operations manual that Beaver Meadow can continue using after the project.

Beaver Meadow is developing a new service that connects customers with approved service providers (partners) who can carry out a wide range of tasks for our customers.
Customers submit a request via an enquiry form to Beaver Meadow. We assess the request, match it with an approved provider, arrange the service and manage the payment process through completion.
Your role is to support the development and deployment of this process for BM
