Responsibilities
Operate and maintain computers, printers,
scanners, and photocopiers. Assist
customers with typing, printing, scanning,
photocopying, and lamination services.
Provide support for internet browsing,
email access, and online registrations.
Ensure proper handling and security of
customer data. Maintain the cleanliness and
functionality of all equipment. Keep records
of daily transactions and provide basic cash
handling. Troubleshoot minor hardware and
software issues. Ensure excellent customer
service by assisting clients politely and
professionally
Requirements & Skills
Basic computer knowledge (Corel Draw,
Photoshop(optional), MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Internet browsing). Ability
to type fast and accurately. Experience in
printing, scanning, photocopying, and online
registrations is a plus. Good customer service
and communication skills. Ability to multitask
and work under minimal supervision. Prior
experience in a business center/cyber café is
an advantage but not mandatory,.
