Those are *E7018 welding rods* - brand "ROYAL-THERM" by Royal Arc Electrodes, India.
*What they're used for:*
1. *Stick/Arc welding steel* - E7018 is a "low hydrogen" rod. The 3.20x350mm means 3.2mm diameter, 350mm long. Each box is 20KGs.
2. *Strong, crack-resistant welds* - E7018 rods give smooth, high-strength welds with little spatter. That's why they say "Specially packed for servicing industry, mine, of quarry". Used for heavy fabrication, structural steel, bridges, pipes, heavy equipment repair.
3. *All-position welding* - You can weld flat, vertical, overhead with it. But it needs DC+ current, like from the welding generator you showed me earlier.
*Key tip*: E7018 rods absorb moisture fast. That's why the box says "STORE DRY". If they get damp, welds will crack/porous. Welders usually keep them in a rod oven.
