It's applied with a brush to ensure a uniform coat on the entire thread and shoulder surface after thoroughly cleaning and stirring the compound. This compound protects against seizing and galling, provides excellent adhesion to wet surfaces, and is ideal for high-temperature, problem holes, and applications involving high-chrome or nickel alloys.
