That’s a Victor Journeyman Extra Heavy Duty Oxy-Acetylene Torch Kit. Green box, "EXTRA HEAVY DUTY CUTTING, HEATING AND WELDING SYSTEM".
What it’s used for:
Cutting, heating, and welding metal using oxygen + acetylene gas. It’s the “flame torch” setup you see in fabrication shops.
3 main jobs:
1. Cutting steel - Box says up to 8" / 203mm thick with the right tip. You preheat the steel with the flame, then hit the cutting lever and a jet of pure oxygen blows the molten metal away. Used for scrap, demolition, fabrication.
2. Heating + bending - The big heating tip gets metal red-hot fast. Use it for bending pipes, loosening rusted bolts/nuts, straightening, or preheating parts before welding.
3. Welding + brazing - With welding tips it does oxy-acetylene welding, brazing, and soldering.
