That’s a Royal Blue 3-Strand Twisted Synthetic Rope
What it’s used for:
Same type as the white and green ones — heavy-duty general purpose rope. The blue color is also high-visibility and very common in markets.
Key features from your pic:
1. Material: Shiny, smooth, plastic-like twist = most likely Polypropylene PP or Polyester. The taped end shows it’s new and hasn’t frayed yet.
2. Construction: 3-strand twisted. Strong, holds knots well, easy to splice if you need an eye.
3. Size: Looks like 10mm to 14mm / 3/8" to 1/2" diameter compared to the slipper in the shot. Sold by the meter or coil.
4. Color: Royal blue = marine/industrial standard. Used a lot for visibility and because it hides dirt less than white.
