That’s an ENERPAC NC 3241 Hydraulic Nut Splitter
What it’s used for:
Removing seized, rusted, or rounded-off hex nuts without damaging the bolt thread or surrounding parts. Instead of cutting with a grinder, it splits the nut open.

5. How it works: It’s hydraulic. You pump it up, and a hardened steel chisel/wedge drives into the side of the nut and cracks it apart.
