That’s a Hydraulic Nut Splitter - Model NC-1319
It’s the smaller cousin of the ENERPAC NC 3241 you sent earlier.
What it’s used for:
Splitting/removing stuck, rusted, rounded, or seized hex nuts without damaging the bolt threads. No sparks, no grinder.

5. How it works: You connect it to a hydraulic hand pump. A hardened chisel is forced into the nut, cracking it open so you can peel it off.
