Gloortorch (often just called a Gloor Torch or blander las in some regions), a type of oxy-fuel welding and cutting torch
What it’s for:
• It’s a gas welding/cutting torch that typically runs on oxygen + acetylene (or sometimes oxygen + LPG/propane for certain tasks).
• The illustration on the box shows the classic handheld torch body with interchangeable nozzles/tips at the end.
• It’s commonly used for:
• Welding thin to medium metals (up to about 14mm thickness).
• Cutting thicker steel (up to 60mm or so, depending on the tip and setup).
• Brazing, soldering, heating, or flame-based metalwork.
