Coastal Work Vest - Type III PFD* - bright red foam vest, still in plastic. Says "WORK VEST ONLY" on it.
*What it’s used for:*
1. *On-water work buoyancy* - Docks, boats, barges, offshore sites. Keeps you afloat if you go overboard while working. Reflective strip = visible in low light.
2. *Not for rescue* - "WORK VEST ONLY" means it’s not a life jacket for unconscious victims. You have to be able to help yourself. It’s for conscious workers near safety.
3. *All-day wear* - Foam core, adjustable black straps, easy on/off. Comfy enough to wear all shift unlike bulky life jackets.
*Safety note:* Must be fastened properly + adjusted snug. Pair it with your other Safety PPE line.
