EX-4DCL is a rugged, ATEX Directive certified hand lamp designed for safe use in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may be present. It is intrinsically safe, meaning it is engineered to prevent sparks or heat that could ignite an explosive atmosphere.
Built with a robust, anti-static, fire-retardant thermoplastic enclosure, the lamp is IP66-rated, making it dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets. It uses a high-efficiency LED bulb to deliver a bright, cool white beam with a spot focus reaching up to 50 meters.
The lamp is powered by 4 × LR20 (D) alkaline cells, providing up to 20 hours of continuous light. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap for hands-free carrying and is suitable for Zone 1 & 2 (Gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (Dust) hazardous areas.
