Responsibilities are as follows: Input and update data in computer systems Maintain proper filing of documents Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.) Key Skills Data entry and record keeping Basic computer troubleshooting File management (digital & physical) Internet browsing and email handling Time management and multitasking Good communication skills Assist with administrative tasks Monitor and report any system issues
