I have a strong background in data analysis, program monitoring, and educational quality assurance, with over four years of experience working with NewGlobe Education Services on the EdoBEST program.
In my current role as a Program Analyst, I manage data for over 1,200 public schools, using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets to generate performance dashboards and analytical reports that support decision-making at the government and organizational level. I also designed and maintained the core program database and led initiatives to engage stakeholders, including parents, community leaders, and education officials, to improve education delivery.
