We are looking for a responsible and creative individual to manage our short-let apartment and handle social media content creation. This is a live-in role with free accommodation provided. The candidate should be reliable, social-media savvy, and able to manage basic apartment operations while creating content for social medial like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-in/check-out, attend to guest needs, switch power between NEPA, solar, and generator, arrange cleaning after checkout, ensure apartment readiness, and report minor issues. Create and post videos, reels, and photos to promote the apartment. Respond to online inquiries and assist with simple admin tasks.
