400A Automatic Changeover Switch (ATS) is used to automatically transfer electrical power between the utility (PHCN/NEPA) and a standby generator whenever there is a power outage, then switch back when utility power is restored. It prevents both power sources from being connected simultaneously and provides uninterrupted power to critical loads.
