Responsibilities
Responsible for offline promotion in assigned areas, actively approaching potential users to introduce the company’s products or services and drive user acquisition, registration, or conversion. Assist in organizing and executing field marketing activities, including distributing promotional materials, guiding users to scan QR codes, and maintaining on-site order. Collect user feedback and market insights, and report daily performance data. Ensure assigned targets are met efficiently while representing the brand in a professional manner.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and engage with strangers. Possess a proactive attitude and basic sales awareness. Able to work outdoors and adapt to different environments. Responsible, reliable, and a good team player with strong execution ability. Previous experience in field promotion, sales, or marketing is preferred. Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions while completing assigned targets effectively.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Has managed a team of more than five people for over two years, with the ability to independently build and develop a sales team. Fully compliant with management directives, and capable of proactively resolving conflicts within their own team as well as between teams. Strong critical thinking skills, able to independently solve team-related issues, and provide 2–3 constructive suggestions to leadership on major matters. Able to deliver weekly market feedback, with a thorough understanding of competitors, including their strengths and weaknesses, and capable of proposing improvements for the company’s own products.
