Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities of a Human Resource Officer 1. Recruitment & Staffing • Drafting job descriptions and specifications. • Posting vacancies and sourcing candidates. • Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and shortlisting. • Coordinating onboarding and orientation for new staff. 2. Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field • professional hr certifications (optional but an advantage) • 1–3 years experience in hr or related role
