Core Responsibilities of a Human Resource Officer
1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Drafting job descriptions and specifications.
• Posting vacancies and sourcing candidates.
• Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and shortlisting.
• Coordinating onboarding and orientation for new staff.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintaining accurate employee files and HR databases.
• Managing contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy.
• Managing leave, attendance, and timesheet records.
• Supporting salary reviews and benefits administration.
4. Employee Relations
• Addressing staff grievances, conflicts, and complaints.
• Ensuring a positive work culture and promoting team harmony.
• Enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field
• professional hr certifications (optional but an advantage)
• 1–3 years experience in hr or related role
