What is a rice destoner?
Rice Destoner Machine is used to separate stones and other heavy or light impurities from grains such as paddy rice straw, etc.
The product works using the principle of vibration screening to remove sand, stone, and sundries in grains.
How does a rice destoner separate mixtures?
The stone separation is achieved by vertical oscillation of the reciprocating screen coupled with a suction-like air produced by the blower directly beneath the screen causing rice-mixture to float just above the screen and the stones are sucked up the reciprocating screen then discharged through the stone chute ... 7-20 ton per hour cleaning capacity for cleaning different seeds&clean grains.
