It consists of a 60HP main motor that drives the screw and barrel and 1HP cutter assembly which cuts the prepared feed into different sizes (1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 6mm and 9mm sizes) which can produce up to 600kg/hr.
The extruder comprises of 4 zones: the feed zone, transition zone, cooking zone and extruding zone.
