The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting staff with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities: * Manage office files, records, and documentation. * Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries. * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. * Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents. * Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary. * Organize meetings and take minutes when required. * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. * Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to staff and management.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. * Experience: 0–2 years of administrative or office experience (experience is an added advantage). * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks. * Interpersonal Skills: Professional attitude and ability to work well with others. * Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and handle routine office challenges. * Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
