A water moisture fan (often called a humidity exhaust fan or moisture control fan) is a ventilation device designed to automatically remove excess moisture (humidity) from indoor spaces like bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry areas.
What it does
It detects high humidity levels in the air and turns on automatically to:
Prevent mold and mildew growth
Reduce dampness and condensation
Protect walls, ceilings, and electrical fittings
Improve air quality
How it works
It has a built-in humidity sensor (humidistat)
When moisture level rises (e.g., during a hot shower), the fan switches on
Once humidity drops to a normal level, it turns off automatically
