The avov tvonline+ quad core android media center is a dedicated iptv set-top box and media player running a highly customized, lockdown android kitkat. unlike standard, open android tv streaming boxes, the tvonline+ is purposely engineered as a streamlined client hardware platform tailored heavily for stalker and mickyhop middleware iptv architectures.
core specifications
processor: 1.5 ghz quad-core arm processor
connectivity: built-in wireless wi-fi antenna, 10/100 wired ethernet port, 2x usb 2.0 ports, microsd card expansion slot, and an hdmi output.
audio/video note: outputs up to 1080p full hd. the unit lacks bluetooth and optical audio output.
software ecosystem: uses the mickyhop platform. it bypasses the google play store entirely, operating instead through a restricted proprietary market containing roughly 20 curated apps.
