Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory Manager (Fruit & Vegetable Distribution) We are a fruit and vegetable distribution company importing fresh produce from China. We are seeking a reliable Factory Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily sorting, packing, and distribution of imported fruits and vegetables Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions Coordinate inbound shipments and inventory management Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery operations Implement basic safety, hygiene, and operational standards Report operational performance and issues to management Coordinate with logistics and transport partners Requirements: Experience in warehouse, logistics, or food distribution preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of cold chain or fresh produce handling is a plus
