The Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter enables your display to wirelessly receive content from a Miracast-enabled device. It lets you extend or mirror what's on your screen on a smartphone, notebook, or tablet to a larger display. By connecting it to your display via an HDMI and USB interface, you can conduct a presentation or stream movies up to 23' (7m) from your device. Microsoft has also designed this adapter to support Intel's WiDi technology, which allows it to wirelessly receive content from an Intel WiDi compatible device.
