Experienced Security Guard

Brybos Hotel is hiring a vigilant and professional Hotel Security Guard to help keep our guests, staff, and property safe 24/7. If you’re alert, disciplined, and customer-focused, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Access Control & Patrols - Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas to ensure only authorized persons enter. - Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, and perimeters. - Check CCTV systems and respond to alerts promptly. Guest & Staff Safety - Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints involving safety. - Assist guests with directions, car assistance, and escort requests when needed. - Enforce hotel rules regarding noise, smoking, and restricted areas. Incident Reporting & Prevention - Log all incidents, unusual activities, and security breaches in the shift report. - Report maintenance hazards, broken locks, or faulty lighting to the Management

Alertness & Observation - Keen eye for detail to spot unusual behavior, safety hazards, and security risks. Communication - Clear verbal communication in English. Local language is a plus. - Able to write concise incident and shift reports. Customer Service - Professional, calm, and respectful when dealing with guests and staff. - Able to balance firmness with hospitality. Problem-Solving & Decision Making - Stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies or conflicts. - Know when to act independently and when to escalate to management/police. Integrity & Discretion - Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential guest and hotel information. - No tolerance for theft, bribery, or misconduct. Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and access control systems. - Comfortable using radios, phones, and basic computer logging.

Education & Certification - Minimum SSCE/High School Diploma. - Valid security training/license as required by local regulations. Experience - 1-2 years experience in security, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, or corporate setting. - Fresh graduates with strong discipline and training will be considered. Legal & Health - Clean criminal record with police clearance. - Physically fit and medically fit to work long shifts, including nights and weekends. Availability - Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when needed.
