AtraForce Turbo is a chloro-s-triazine herbicide (PSII inhibitor, HRAC Group C1) that acts as a selective, residual herbicide. It is widely used for pre- and early post-emergence weed control in crops like maize/corn, sorghum, sugarcane, peas, beans, and others (including some orchard, vineyard, and forestry applications).
It effectively controls many annual broadleaf weeds and grasses (e.g., black nightshade, chickweed, fathen, ryegrass, Poa spp., and others). It shows high efficacy (often 89–93% against broadleaf weeds in maize) and works against some weeds that other maize-selective herbicides miss.
It can be applied pre-emergence or from early to late post-emergence, giving farmers timing options based on weather, weed stages, and crop needs
