Key Responsibilities:
● Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
● Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility.
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a warm and professional brand presence.
● Track performance metrics using social media insights and analytics tools, and adjust content accordingly.
● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media with campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
● Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in the gifting, lifestyle, and retail space.
● Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase product awareness and drive traffic.
● Build relationships with influencers, manage brand collaborations, and support user-generated content.
● Provide monthly social media reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements/Qualifications
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
• Creative content creation and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Experience with paid ads and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Minimum of OND,HND, or BSC.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or gifting.
• Experience with growing and managing online communities, influencer partnerships, and content calendars is an advantage.
• A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and creating a strong online presence
