must live close to the farm location

Requirements & Skills
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage day-to-day poultry farm operations (broilers/layers production systems)
* Supervise farm staff and ensure proper execution of assigned duties
* Oversee feeding programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity measures
* Monitor flock health, mortality rate, and disease prevention controls
* Ensure optimal production output (egg/meat yield targets)
* Maintain accurate operational, production, and inventory records
* Coordinate procurement of feeds, medications, and farm inputs
* Liaise with veterinary professionals for flock health management
* Implement farm policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental compliance on the farm
* Prepare operational reports for management review
Minimum Qualification Requirements
