Flicker Machine
This is a Tyrolean Flicker Machine, also known as a hand-operated wall coating sprayer or Tyrolean gun.
It is used for applying textured finishes like Tyrolean and roughcast to interior and exterior walls.
It typically features a hand-cranked mechanism that "flicks" the coating material onto the wall.
