The TES-1550 TES-1550 Digital Inductive Tach/Dwell Multimeter is a hand-held digital multimeter designed to measure DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, frequency, resistance, audible continuity, diode test, capacitance, dwell and engine RPM via an inductive (clamp-on) jaw. It comes with auto-power off and water-proof ABS housing.
