Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years IT support experience
Must be hands-on with troubleshooting (no beginners)

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of ond/hnd/b.Sc. In a related field is an advantage (not compulsory)
An experienced IT Support Engineer is needed, someone who can handle troubleshooting, system setup, and network issues. You’ll be supporting both walk-in and remote clients, so you must be hands-on and know your work.
