School Administrator and Manager

Parent Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, handle concerns professionally and ensure timely, effective communication. Safeguarding and Child Welfare: Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment while enforcing all safeguarding and school policies. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement initiatives that improve enrolment, parent retention, staff performance and the school's overall reputation. Accountability: Monitor performance, prepare administrative reports, manage resources responsibly and provide regular updates to the School Director.

We are seeking a highly competent, proactive and visionary School Administrator who shares our passion for quality education and is committed to taking Noble Kids School to greater heights. We need more than someone who occupies an office. We are looking for a leader of exceptional character who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, upholds our school's vision and inspires excellence across every department.

Minimum of B.Sc., B.Ed. or an equivalent bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. A master's degree in Educational Management, Educational Leadership, Educational Administration or a related field is an added advantage. Previous experience in school administration or educational leadership. Strong communication, organisational, digital literacy and people management skills.
