Responsibilities

Handle general office administration and documentation Keep records of company expenses and basic financial transactions Manage inventory and stock of materials and supplies Monitor and record daily activities of workshop staff Ensure workers are present and performing assigned tasks Attend to customer enquiries and maintain good customer relations Manage business schedules, appointments, and meetings Assist with online marketing and communication with customers Coordinate activities of sales representatives or marketers Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and workshop

Requirements & Skills

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial record keeping Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet use) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Minimum qualification: ond / hnd / bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
