Responsibilities
Property Acquisition & Portfolio Growth. Source residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties for sale, lease, rent, and property management. Identify new real estate investment opportunities. Build relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and estate managers. Negotiate property acquisition and management agreements.
Requirements & Skills

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, estate management, real estate, economics, finance, or a related field. A master's degree (mba or related discipline) is an added advantage. Professional certifications in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate are desirable.
