Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software problems.
Repair and replace damaged or faulty laptop screens and displays.
Diagnose and repair charging ports, charging problems, power issues, and battery faults.
Repair or replace keyboards, touchpads, speakers, fans, hinges, batteries, RAM, SSDs, HDDs, and other components.
Troubleshoot motherboard, display, overheating, booting, power, and performance issues.
Perform laptop upgrades, including RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades.
Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, and system updates.
Troubleshoot Windows, BIOS, driver, and software-related problems.
Perform laptop cleaning, servicing, thermal paste replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Accurately identify faulty components before recommending replacement.
Work on different laptop brands, including HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Toshiba, Microsoft Surface, Apple MacBook, and other major brands.
Thoroughly test repaired devices before returning them
