you’ll be the “digital engine” of our operations. Handle day-to-day business processes, customer management, and systems for both car rental and property/construction side. Less paperwork, more automation, more results.
1. *car rental ops:* manage bookings on , vet renters/references, track vehicle returns, overdue alerts, insurance docs, gps logs.
2. *real estate/construction ops:* track off-plan sales, payment schedules, client follow-ups, site updates, documentation for construction materials and inventory.
3. *digital systems:* own whatsapp business, crm, google sheets/drive, payment tracking, invoicing. Automate repetitive tasks.
4. *customer service:* handle client complaints, reference checks, collections follow-up via call/whatsapp. Keep records clean. Digital marketing and accounting experience.
5. *reporting:* weekly dashboard for md: cars out, payments due, projects status, overdue accounts
