It is a specialized, water-based chromatic liquid coating design for screeding and smoothing interior Plaster Of Paris (POP) surfaces, ceilings and walls. It acts as a base coat to fill cracks, hide imperfections and create an ultra smooth, mattle surface before applying final point. Suitable for coating molded POP designs. It's only suitable for interior, due to low moisture resistance.
