Create engaging content (blogs, articles, social media posts) that showcases our expertise, highlights our listings, and attracts potential clients Manage and optimize our website and online presence for search engines (SEO) to improve lead generation. Utilize social media platforms to connect with potential clients, build brand awareness, and promote our properties. Distribute and manage professional marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support to close deals. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing best practices in the real estate sector.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar B2C industry Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines A passion for the real estate industry and a strong understanding of the local market (preferred)
