Compensation Package for Executive Marketer at Glitsar Cleaning Services Agency:
1. Base Wage: 20% of every closed deal with a new client due to your executive marketer's experience, skills, and market value.
2. Commission: 5% Commission or incentive-based structure for an interval of 3 recurring contracts from a Client
