That’s a Bright Green 3-Strand Twisted Synthetic Rope
What it’s used for:
General-purpose rope, same family as the white/blue one you showed earlier, just colored. The neon green makes it high-visibility.
Key features from your pic:
1. Material: Smooth, shiny, plastic-like strands = most likely Polypropylene PP or Polyester. PP floats. Polyester doesn’t stretch as much.
2. Construction: 3-strand twisted. Strong, easy to knot, and easy to splice.
3. Color: Fluorescent green = safety/high-vis. Used where you need to see the rope easily.
4. Size: Looks like 8mm to 12mm / 5/16" to 1/2" diameter, but it’s hard to tell without a reference. Sold in coils on shelves like this in building materials markets.
