What it is:
Another “thread compound” or “drill pipe dope”, same category as the Jet-Lube Z-50 and Kopr-Kote you asked about before.
What it’s used for:
1. Drill pipe + casing + tubing threads - You apply it to threaded connections on drill strings, casing, tubing, and tool joints before making them up.
2. Prevents galling/seizing - Oilfield connections get massive torque + heat. Bestolife 2000 stops the threads from welding together so rigs can break them apart later without damage.
3. Seals under pressure - The compound fills thread gaps to seal drilling mud, gas, and pressure inside the pipe.
4. Anti-corrosion - Protects threads during storage, running, and downhole.
