DC surface irrigation pump purposes
A DC surface irrigation pump is a land-based water device powered by direct current (often from solar panels or batteries) used to draw water from shallow sources like rivers, ponds, or shallow wells for farming and rural use.
Main Purposes
Agricultural Irrigation: Waters crops, fields, and small-to-medium farmlands using daily sunlight without needing an electrical grid.
Livestock Watering: Fills animal troughs, pastures, poultry houses, and fishponds in remote locations far from power lines.
Domestic Water Supply: Pulls clean water from shallow wells or tanks for homes, rural villages, and general household needs.
Water Transfer and Boosting: Moves water between storage tanks or powers low-head features like garden fountains and small pools.
