Key Purposes
• Edge Protection: Shields vulnerable external wall corners, door reveals, and window frames from daily impacts, chipping, and mechanical damage.
• Straight Alignment: Acts as a rigid, straight guide during plaster or joint compound application to ensure clean, sharp 90-degree (or curved) architectural lines.
• Crack Prevention: Reinforces the outer corner structure to distribute stress and minimize settling or thermal cracks in plaster and skim coats.
• Moisture Management: Ideal for high-humidity or wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and outdoor rendered facades
