Top Bond is a versatile, water-based, white PVA adhesive used for strong bonding in woodworking, construction, and crafting. It acts as a durable adhesive for laminates, wood (edge banding), upholstery, paper, and cardboard, and is commonly used for binding POP (Plaster of Paris) and, for screeding, as a primer/binding agent.
